Employee Development Programs
Nisivoccia LLP offers extensive training to its employees throughout the year to meet their requirements for professional certifications, license renewals and soft skills. We take pride in developing our professionals and giving them the opportunity to advance within the firm. Employees have performance reviews twice a year and career path opportunities from intern to partner.
- 10 employees including 15 partners have 25+ years of service
- 25 employees including 9 partners have 10+ years of service
- 45 employees have 5+ years of service
We have a limited number of internship opportunities available during the school year as well as summer months. Internships are available to college students who are at least in their junior year and are majoring in accounting. A Mentor Program is in place for professional staff to provide informal, personal source of information and strategies for success. Mentees meet with their on a quarterly basis to review and discuss their development plan.
