Albert J. Passanante, CPA, PSAEmail Al: apassanante@nisivoccia.comAl is a graduate of St. Peter’s College and after serving as an officer in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam war he started his accounting career at Arthur Young & Co. Al had been a tax partner at Arthur Young & Co. for over six years where he headed up the Newark office tax practice prior to joining Nisivoccia & Company, LLP as a tax partner in 1989. Al's primary areas of expertise include estate planning techniques, tax aspects of corporate acquisitions and dispositions, LBO's, business succession planning, as well as tax and financial planning for high net worth individuals. Al has also been successful in obtaining favorable rulings from the IRS on numerous sophisticated transactions and has extensive IRS audit experience. Al has been a frequent speaker and lecturer on a variety of tax and estate planning matters and has also authored several articles on taxation issues for various professional and business publications. Al has also moderated numerous CPE seminars. Al's community involvement includes serving St. Therese's Church of Succasunna in a financial advisory capacity. He also served as the President of the Silver Springs Property Owners Association. |
