Bud joined the firm in July, 1981 after graduating from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Bud's experience primarily includes auditing and consulting with various governmental entities within the State of New Jersey, including counties, county colleges, municipalities, school districts, and joint insurance funds. He has also developed concentrations in certain areas including insurance enterprises, shared services and regionalization studies. Besides these specialties, Bud has performed numerous consulting projects including utility rate studies, internal control reviews, school district regionalization and deregionalization studies, capital project financing and related debt offerings, and technology projects.

Bud has also obtained licenses for the Series 7 as a General Securities Representative, Series 66 as an Investment Advisor Representative, and Individual Producer Licenses for Life and Health Insurance. Bud obtained these professional licenses to assist in the firm’s financial services practice where he maintains an interest in servicing individuals’ retirement, education, and other financial planning needs.

Bud's community involvement includes serving as the Treasurer of the Morris County Library Foundation, a trustee of the Mount Olive Chamber of Commerce, and a membership in the 200 Club of Morris County. Bud's professional involvement includes his position as chairperson of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Governmental Accounting and Auditing Interest Group and is currently a member of the subcommittees for the Division of Local Government Services and the Department of Education. He is also an associate business member of the Morris County, New Jersey, and International Associations of School Business Officials, along with the New Jersey and National Government Finance Officers' Association.

Bud is a speaker at seminars, conferences, and conventions on issues including governmental accounting, auditing, and internal control issues.
