A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, for nearly 20 years, her primary expertise has been in audit and financial advisory services to various governmental entities including local municipalities, counties, utilities authorities, school districts and libraries. She specializes in budget and financial planning, debt management and financing plans, and the development of internal control systems. Kathi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey. She has served in various administrative and advisory capacities with Saint Matthew’s Parish, the Mine Hill PTA, Wharton Area Little League, and Patriot’s Path Boy Scouts Council. |
