Raymond Nisivoccia is the founding partner of Nisivoccia & Company LLP, and has been in practice since 1959. A graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, Raymond specializes in the areas of tax, government accounting, financial planning and management advisory services for a broad base of clientele operating in many different business industries and professions. He is licensed in New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and Public School Accountant.

Raymond is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Americas Division of BKR International, an organization of world-wide accounting firms.

Raymond also serves as the Treasurer for The Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown; Treasurer of Seapointe Village Condominium Association; Chairman of the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy Board; and Chairman of the Patriots Path Council, Boy Scouts of America Lifetime Achievement Recognition Award Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center; member of the Board of Directors of Hackettstown Regional Medical Center Foundation; member of the Board of Directors of the Skylands Community Bank and a member of the Executive Committee of The 200 Club of Morris County. Raymond has recently been chosen as the recipient of the 2008 Italian American Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Raymond has served as a member of the advisory board of United Jersey Bank Northwest; a member of the advisory board of National Community Bank and as a member of the Board of IDT Spectrum, Inc. He has also served as President of UNICO Northwest; Chairman of the Board, President and Treasurer of The 200 Club of Morris County; and co-chair of the scholarship fund-raiser for the County College of Morris. Raymond was a member of the Board of Directors of the Salvation Army of Dover as well as the Lydia Hayes Memorial Association. He is a life member of the Dover Kiwanis Club. Recently, Raymond was the recipient of the prestigious Caritas award from the Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown. In 2006, Raymond received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Patriots Path Council, Boy Scouts of America.

Raymond and his wife Katherine are long-time residents of Randolph, New Jersey and have three adult children.
