Robert B. Charlton, CPA, CVAEmail Bob: rcharlton@nisivoccia.comBob graduated from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia with a bachelor of science in business administration and a major in accounting. His primary areas of responsibility include providing business valuation services, accounting, taxation and consulting activities to a diversified clientele. His consulting activities include performing system design, accounting software implementation, internal control reviews, physician business solutions, retirement plan analysis and operational reviews. Bob provides individual income tax, financial, estate tax and retirement planning for the owners and executives of business entities. The clientele Bob has served includes entities involved in banking and credit unions, professional service companies, nursing homes, health care providers, broker/dealers, real estate, manufacturing, construction contractors and not-for-profit organizations. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He belongs to the AICPA Business Valuation and Forensic and Litigation Services Membership Section and the NJSCPA Valuation & Litigation Services Resource Group. He has served on the personal financial planning committee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a board member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, Trustee of the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice Charitable Foundation, and Treasurer of the Hampton Township Rotary Endowment. Bob serves on the Sussex Area Charities Golf Outing Committee. He is also the Treasurer of Christ Church, Newton, New Jersey. He is a former board member of the United Way of Sussex County, and has held all offices in the Newton Lions Club. He and his wife Dawn have resided in Morris and Sussex Counties since 1984. |
