William F. Schroeder, CPA, RMA, PSAEmail Bill: wschroeder@nisivoccia.comBill has been with the firm since 1981. He is a graduate of Saint Francis College of Loretto, Pennsylvania. For nearly 25 years, his primary expertise has been in audit and financial advisory services to various governmental entities including local municipalities, counties, utilities authorities, school districts and libraries. He specializes in budget and financial planning, debt management and financing plans, and the development of internal control systems. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey. He has obtained licenses for the General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66) as an individual producer in life and health insurance from the State of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, and has completed the requirements to become a State of New Jersey Chief Financial Officer. He is a member and Treasurer of the Blairstown Rotary Club, the Hunterdon/Warren County Association of School Business Officials, the Warren County League of Municipalities, and the Morris County Association of School Business Officials. He either has or is serving in various administrative or advisory capacities with the Partridge Glen Homeowner's Association, Rotary District 7470 Gift of Life Program, and serves as a coach on the Blairstown Recreation Basketball League. He is also a former player and coach in both the Washington Borough and Randolph Township Adult Basketball Leagues. |
