Job Overview

At Nisivoccia, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our team. We’re seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company. In addition, this role would assist in managing the recruited employee’s career life cycle.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems particularly Indeed, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants using on-line recruiting tools including LinkedIn. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.

Objectives of this Role

- Responsible for the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals

- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met by hiring and on-boarding talented individuals

- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives, college recruiting, “alumni” programs

- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience

- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

- Develop and nurture a unique Nisivoccia career plan for each hired candidate

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments

- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff

- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks including placement agencies

- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

- Identify and recommend the most suitable talent from available candidates

- Drive the interview and selection process, including resume review, screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

- Work with hired candidates to develop and nurture their career at Nisivoccia including mapping out training plans and strategy for attaining CPAs

- Interact with various practice segments to ensure both technical and soft-skill training and development are appropriate to for personal and professional improvement of employees

- Work with Director of Human Resources to learn position and eventually migrate to this role

- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources

Requirements

- 3-5 years’ work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

- Experience with full life cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Indeed

- Experience in using LinkedIn to proactively source candidates
