Kristin Anderson testified before the NJ Assembly Education Committee to support State of New Jersey Senate Bill No. 2927 along with ASAH, the organization for Approved Private Schools for Students with Disabilities. Briefly, the bill which limits the number of years following the submission of an independent audit that the NJ Commissioner of Education can issue an adverse finding, adjustment, or penalty regarding a review of an APSSD independent annual certified audit.
