Christabel Valladares, CPA, PSA, CITP

Christabel is a Partner in Nisivoccia’s Audit Group, providing accounting, audit, and consulting services to not-for-profit organizations and commercial enterprises. She is known for her collaborative, client-focused approach and works closely with organizations to guide them through the audit process efficiently, minimizing disruption while delivering clear, actionable results.

Christabel has deep experience serving not-for-profit organizations, real estate developers and managers, and organizations subject to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD/HMFA) requirements, as well as Approved Private Schools for Students with Disabilities (APSSDs). Her expertise also includes employee benefit plan audits and internal control consulting engagements. In addition, Christabel is a leader on the firm’s Quality Control and Peer Review team, helping to maintain high audit standards and consistency across engagements.
