Dominick J. (Nick) Sarinelli, CPA, CFE

Nick brings nearly four decades of experience at Nisivoccia, a New Jersey CPA firm, and has served as the firm’s Managing Partner since January 1, 2026. He provides tax, accounting, and consulting services to a broad range of clients and works closely with business owners and management teams to address complex financial, compliance, and operational matters.

Nick serves clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, construction, medical services, manufacturing, professional services, and other closely held businesses. In addition to his technical expertise, he offers practical, experience-driven guidance and is valued for his deep institutional knowledge and long-standing client relationships. Nick also brings fraud-related expertise to his work as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), supporting clients with risk awareness and internal control considerations.
