Transitioning to a Remote Work Environment
As you know, the top priorities have been the health and safety of our employees and clients throughout the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We have been closely monitoring the situation and have taken steps to ensure continuity of services for our clients and employees including working remotely. However, concerns for the virus have continued to rise and therefore after serious consideration, effective with the close of business, Friday, March 20, we have decided to temporarily transitioned the firm to a virtual workforce. Our physical offices will be closed with no client access.
What you can continue to expect from us.
Our employees are all equipped to work remotely and will be available to you as needed via phone, video conferencing or email.
While the tax deadline has been extended until July 15, we still encourage you to upload your documents and information through our client portal. We will continue to check our mail daily if you prefer to send information via mail service.
Our IT Department has implemented a seamless business continuity program for the firm so that we can continue to service your while operating remotely. They are also available to help you as needed with your client portal access.
We will continue to monitor the latest Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and communicate frequently as circumstances evolve. Please feel free to contact members of your engagement team directly if you have further questions.
Stay Safe,
Your Nisivoccia Team
