What began in 1970 with a clear vision and a commitment to doing things the right way has grown into a respected, full-service accounting, tax, assurance, and advisory firm — all without losing sight of the values that shaped its foundation.

The firm marked this milestone during its December 2025 holiday party, bringing together current team members, retired partners, and firm leaders to celebrate the people and principles that have guided Nisivoccia for more than five decades. The evening served as both a celebration of the past and a recognition of the individuals who continue to move the firm forward.

Honoring the Foundation

At the heart of the celebration was a tribute to Raymond Nisivoccia, the firm’s founder, whose vision and work ethic established a culture rooted in integrity, humility, and trust. After years of experience in the accounting profession, Raymond — alongside his wife, Katherine, whose support and involvement were instrumental from the very beginning — set out to build a firm that valued relationships as much as results, a philosophy that continues to define Nisivoccia today.

From its early days serving local businesses, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and school districts, the firm steadily expanded its capabilities and client base. Over time, that growth was shaped not only by Raymond’s leadership but also by the contributions of partners who helped strengthen the firm, mentor future leaders, and reinforce a culture built on teamwork and accountability.

The Nisivoccia Way

Today, Nisivoccia is home to 19 partners and more than 120 professionals, serving thousands of clients ranging from closely held businesses to global organizations, not-for-profits, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and government entities. While the firm’s scale and services have evolved, its approach has remained consistent.

Understanding clients beyond spreadsheets and reports has always been central to the firm’s success. Looking Ahead

As Nisivoccia celebrates its 55^th anniversary, the firm does so with gratitude for the leadership that brought it here, the clients and relationships that have sustained it, and confidence in the team guiding its future. Bud Jones, who served as Managing Partner since 2020, concluded his term at the end of 2025, having led the firm through a period of continued growth and evolution. Nick Sarinelli assumed the role of Managing Partner effective January 1, 2026, ensuring a thoughtful and seamless leadership transition rooted in the firm’s long-standing values.

Fifty-five years in, Nisivoccia remains committed to the principles that shaped its beginning: strong relationships, proactive service, and a culture that puts people first. With a solid foundation and a dedicated team, the firm looks ahead with optimism to the years to come.
