She has extensive experience leading nonprofit, Single, and Yellow Book audits and is widely recognized for her expertise in the regulatory and compliance requirements impacting special education schools.
Kristin is a trusted advisor to APSSDs, industry associations, and state-level stakeholders. Her insight is regularly sought by schools, the New Jersey Association of Special Education Partner Schools (NJASEPS, formerly ASAH), and the New Jersey Department of Education. She is a frequent speaker on financial, audit, and compliance matters affecting APSSDs and has testified before the New Jersey Assembly Education Committee in support of legislation impacting the APSSD audit review process, most recently in May 2026, regarding proposed bill A-1646.

Victoria leads Nisivoccia’s Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice, where she partners closely with clients to deliver outsourced accounting, CFO-level support, and strategic financial advisory services. With deep experience in client accounting services and cloud-based accounting solutions, she helps organizations move beyond historical reporting to gain timely financial insight, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth.
Under Victoria’s leadership, the CAS practice serves clients in healthcare, not-for-profit, real estate, private equity, and professional services. She takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, working as an extension of each client’s internal finance function to ensure financial reporting, forecasting, and advisory support deliver meaningful, measurable value.
Victoria is also a member of the firm’s Technology Committee, where she applies her financial technology expertise to help guide Nisivoccia’s adoption of AI, automation, and advanced data analytics. Her focus is on enhancing client insight, streamlining processes, and strengthening the firm’s proactive, advisory-driven service model. She was also recently appointed Co-Chair for the CAS Practice Group at BKR International, where she leads monthly meetings and helps BKR organize workshops and educational sessions for CAS leaders.
Prior to joining Nisivoccia, Victoria owned and operated her own firm, providing client accounting, cloud-based technology solutions, and outsourced CFO services. This experience continues to inform her practical, technology-enabled approach to CAS and advisory engagements today.

Christopher Perrotta, CPA, is a Partner with the firm, providing audit, tax, and advisory services to privately held businesses and tax-exempt organizations. He has extensive experience serving real estate owners, developers, and management companies, advising on complex tax structures, partnership allocations, and transaction planning. He also works with manufacturing businesses on financial reporting, operational efficiencies, and tax planning strategies designed to enhance profitability and scalability.
Within the education and nonprofit sector, Christopher provides audit and assurance services to New Jersey APSSDs, with experience addressing Department of Education reporting requirements, tuition rate calculations, general administrative code and governance matters.
